Free shipping applies only to orders shipping to one location. Multiple orders placed the same day that are $250 or more combined are eligible for free shipping only if the orders can be combined into one shipment.

Rainbow Balloons ships only to addresses in United States (including US territories) and Canada. If you are an international customer please have your order ship to a freight forwarder in the United States. Rainbow Balloons is not responsible for customs fees, taxes or other duties.

Please note that Carrier transit days do not include the day the product is shipped, holidays, or weekend days. The Carrier transit guarantee is limited to the refund of freight charges and does not apply to weather delays, during holiday peak season, or other events out of the Carrier’s control.
